Built by Canadian founders for Canadian founders.
Auditly is a venture of Juncstart Inc., a federally incorporated Canadian corporation based in Toronto. We build SRED tooling for the founder-led Canadian startup.
The existing SRED market is built around larger customers: enterprise software for finance teams, contingency consulting that scales with claim size. The early-stage Canadian founder — the customer SRED was arguably designed to support — has been the worst-served part of the category.
Auditly is built for that customer specifically. The right tool for filing a clean SRED claim without paying a quarter of the credit to do it.
What we believe
The founder is the customer.
The person filing SRED at a 1–10 person company is the same person running the company. Every product decision optimises for that person’s time, attention, and confidence — not for a finance team that doesn’t exist yet.
Documentation should happen on the way through.
SRED claims are won or lost long before filing season. The work the CRA wants to see is the work your team is already doing — captured properly, attributed properly, and ready when the filing window opens.
Software should pay for itself.
Auditly costs less than a fraction of a consultant’s contingency fee, and earns it back in the credit you keep and the weekend you don’t spend filing.
